Account Manager Duties:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of services - Prepare and deliver regular reports on account performance and progress - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in account management or sales - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients - Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills - Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools - Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred We offer competitive compensation, including a base salary plus incentive opportunity.
