Summary:
IMA INOX Market America is currently seeking a full-time Operator to join our team in Muncie, IN.
The Operator will be responsible for the safe operation of our manufacturing equipment and will also be responsible for the safe operation of the manufacturing machine.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Operate various types of machines to produce finished goods Read and understand production schedule; plan activities to maximize production; adjust work hours as necessary to achieve the production targets.
Maintain clean work area; follow all safety guidelines and OSHA 10 hour safety rules and regulations.
Work overtime as required to meet production goals.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Must have good mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must be able to read and follow instructions.
Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
Must have good communication skills in both verbal and written form.
