Performs a wide range of administrative and executive support for CEO and other members of the Senior Leadership Team.
Responsibilities may include making travel arrangements, participation in special projects, coordination and scheduling meetings.
Typical Physical Demands:
May require sitting for long periods of time.
Occasional bending, stretching or lifting.
Requires the ability to work under stressful conditions that require deadlines.

Specific Duties/
Responsibilities:
Ensures efficient and effective administrative management of the CEO's calendar, correspondence, reports, and related tasks as needed.
Oversees meeting arrangements for the CEO and other identified Senior Leadership Team members Manage the calendar of the CEO and other identified Senior Leadership Team members Conduct research and information gathering on behalf of the CEO Drafting and editing important high-level letters and other confidential documents Support the CEO with internal and external communications Assists the CEO with Board of Director meeting preparations (i.
e.
Creation and distribution of board packets, ordering meals).
Minute preparation for Board of Directors, Senior Leadership Team meetings, and others as directed by the CEO Ensure smooth flow of timely information of all kinds from the CEO and Executive Team Coordinates travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, and per diem checks CEO when traveling on ODHS business.
Arranges hospitality for most internal and daily functions.
Will perform Notary duties for the organization.
May perform general reception duties to include, but not be limited to, copying, faxing, mailing and filing.
Performs all other duties required.

Special Requirements:
Notary certification within 90 days of hire Education:
Associate degree from accredited university, Bachelors Degree or higher is preferred
Experience:
Required experience working in a professional administrative environment.
Previous experience working in a health care environment preferred.
Experience can be substituted for educational requirements.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
