This is a high impact, lead by example position in our Business Development Center in Muncie Indiana! Must have a solid background in both Outbound and Inbound Call Center environments.
Leadership experience is plus! Our Business Development team is focused on handling inbound calls and internet inquiries from prospective customers as well as making outbound calls to our existing database of past and potential customers.
We answer questions about products and services all aimed at scheduling free consultations for our sales team.
The pro we are looking for is someone comfortable leading by example to form the core of our Business Development Center.
This is a new position for a rising superstar to grow with our company into a leadership and training role.
What we are looking for:
Experience is a must - 2 years in outbound sales calls Honest, Hungry, Humble, Hone-able Likes interacting with customers Strong listening skills Attention to detail Lead by example attitude Strong multi-tasking abilities Available to work evenings until 7:
