Responsibilities:
Design and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs and goals Evaluate patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with the latest advances in physical therapy This is a full time perm position, with options to enter a management track.
