Maintenance Technician The Maintenance Technician will perform assigned maintenance functions and duties in both a proficient and efficient manner while representing the organization with humility, integrity and accountability Scope of
Responsibilities:
Successfully complete assigned work orders in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.Proactively identify and communicate potential property maintenance issues to respective Granite management for follow-up and corrective actionExperience / Knowledge and Prior Working History in the following Maintenance Disciplines:
HVAC plumbing electrical drywall repair and replacement woodworking pipe fitting sheet metal operation of heavy machinery demolition and remodeling masonry (block, brick, concrete, etc.) Report to and consult closely with Maintenance Manager Maintain assigned company-owned vehicle in a safe and clean working order Capacity to work overtime during periods of high volume activity All other duties, as assigned Personal Traits and Characteristics:
Dependable and trustworthy Flexible and adaptable Teachable with a desire to improve skills and knowledge base Proficient in craft
