Provide technical expertise and supervisory skills to automotive supply chain facility which proceces large parts in high volume.
Shall Provide leadership in the following areas:
TS16949 Activities
APQP
Process Flow Charts
FMEA's
Control Plans
PPAP
MSA
Corrective Action (7D/8D) Reports.
Additionally, the Manager will provide supervisory oversight to the Quality Department and its activities. The Quality Manager must be a skilled communicator, with the ability to effectively interact with operators, management and customers on a regular basis.
Technical expertise includes
Advanced knowledge of thermal plastic and engineered resins used in injection molding and quality processes.
Experience in mold function and modifications required to achieve proper part requirements.
Ability to read blue prints, determine critical part characteristics to assure proper processing.
Use of an assortment of gauges typical to part qualification
Advanced
computer
skills including Microsoft Office.
