Skill Requirements
> Will possess the organizational skills to work a schedule that allows completion of all jobs
in the quality department on a daily basis.
> Will possess the organizational skills necessary to maintain company records in compliance with the
Quality Assurance department and TS16949 procedures.
> (PC) knowledge and experience acquired through an Associate or BS Degree or a
minimum of four years on the job experience.
> Demonstrate strong leadership abilities.
Principle Duties and/or Responsibilities
> Develop and maintain systems to track internal/external rejections.
> Participate in reject and scrap reduction activities.
> Develop and maintain quality system in accordance with TS16949.
> Generate and develop quality assurance budget.
> Establish quarterly goals and objectives with the president.
> Establish/monitor quarterly goals for the Quality Department.
> Develop and maintain systems to perform in-process and final inspection audits.
> Acts as customer quality contact.
> Present monthly / yearly reject data to staff.
> Develop and maintain SPC system.
> Develop and maintain gauge controls and calibration system.
> Develop and maintain system for document control.
> Coordinate activities and establish priorities for subordinates.
> Support strategic goals of the company.
> Management Representative for the plant.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
